About the Farm

Tetelestai Farm is a small-scale, sustainable agriculture venture founded and owned by Elizabeth Allen. After building a career in urban property management and earning her MBA, Elizabeth shifted her focus toward regenerative food production and community nourishment. Located near Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, the farm will steward two to five acres using certified organic methods. Tetelestai is committed to supplying neighbors with fresh vegetables, culinary herbs, pastured eggs, and humanely raised chicken meat—all produced with care for the land. Guided by low-till soil practices, integrated pest management, and rotational grazing, Tetelestai Farm blends practical stewardship with ecological responsibility. The mission is simple: Grow good food, restore the soil, and strengthen the community.

Our Produce

Tetelestai Farm focuses on nutrient-dense, certified organic vegetables grown with soil-first methods. Through low-till and regenerative practices, each crop is cultivated to support long-term soil health and biodiversity.
The farm will offer a seasonal selection of:

Produce will be available through local farmers markets, CSA pick-ups, and direct-to-customer sales within the Sun Prairie and greater Madison region.

Poultry & Eggs

Tetelestai Farm raises chickens with humane, pasture-forward methods that emphasize animal welfare, soil regeneration, and healthy ecosystems. The flock rotates across fresh pasture in a mobile coop system, improving soil structure while producing nutrient-rich manure that is cycled back into the vegetable beds. Available products include:

Eggs and poultry products will be delivered directly into local food streams through markets, CSA partners, and community drop-off points.
